Welcome to VoucherGrid! This guide walks you through creating your account, personalising your starter voucher product, and selling your first gift voucher.

1. Create your account

Visit vouchergrid.com and click Start free trial. You can sign up with:

  • Email and password (password must be 10+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character)
  • Google account
  • Apple account

After registering, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your address.

2. Start on your dashboard

Every new account starts on a 30-day Premium trial and no credit card is required to begin.

Your account also includes a starter Gift Voucher product, so you do not need to build your first voucher template from scratch. It is ready for editing, but it is not live in your voucher store until you publish it.

3. Personalise your starter voucher product

Before selling vouchers, review the starter product and make it your own:

  1. In the sidebar, click Design Centre
  2. Open the starter Gift Voucher product
  3. Update the voucher name, value options, expiry rules, design, and terms
  4. Save your changes
  5. Click Go Live when you are ready to publish it to your voucher store

4. Complete your business setup when needed

You can add the rest of your setup progressively:

  • Settings > Business for ABN, trading name, address, and contact details
  • Design Centre for logo, colours, and voucher visuals
  • Settings > Plan & Billing when you are ready to move from the Premium trial to a paid plan

5. Create and sell vouchers

Manual vouchers (all plans): Go to Vouchers in the sidebar, click Create Voucher, select your voucher product, and fill in the details. Each voucher gets a unique 8-character code.

Online sales (Premium and Professional): To sell vouchers online, connect your Stripe account:

  1. Go to Connections
  2. Click Connect Stripe and complete the Stripe onboarding
  3. Once connected, your live voucher product appears in your voucher store - share your purchase link with customers

Customers can pay with credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. They receive their voucher by email automatically.
